Banned us from shop after being wrongly accussed of writing a bad review

Many thanks to the owner of columbard pets who stopped us at the tradeing estate in shepton mallet today. What you did was harrassment. Firstly, it was not my daughter who wrote the bad review of your shop, so do not accuse her of such. Our relative wrote the review of her own accord as she believed we were treated appallingly. And secondly, banning us from your shops when the problem was not our fault but your own, says enough about your shop in itself. You were the ones who treated us badly as once loyal customers, yet you put all the blame onto us.
