Located close to the picturesque village of Emberton in Buckinghamshire, our business was established back in 2013 and was called Emberton Smoked Garlic. We were given a smoker and visited many of the greengrocers in Buckinghamshire selling our smoked garlic. The smoked garlic became very popular with a whole range of fine food outlets and their customers, and it was not too long before we were getting enquiries from all over the UK and even some from Europe!
In 2014, we began to sell a range of fine foods and drinks, supplying farm shops, butchers, greengrocers, delicatessens and health food shops. With our new wider range in mind, we decided to change our name to better reflect our growing business, and so Emberton Fayre was born.
